These terms cover your use of LaunchPlay (the “guide”), operated by Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA (“we”). By buying or using the guide you agree to them.
What you are buying
A personal license to use the guide: lessons, checklists, the 30-day plan, calculators, templates and future updates we choose to publish. The price is $19.90, charged once. There is no subscription.
Your access
- Access is through a personal link sent to your email. Keep it to yourself. One purchase is for one person.
- We may close access that is shared, resold, or used to copy the guide.
- Access lasts for as long as we operate the guide. If we ever shut it down, we will give buyers at least 30 days' notice by email.
What you may do with the content
- Use the templates in your own videos, streams, posts and messages, including commercially.
- You may not republish, resell or redistribute the lessons, the plan or the template library as a product of your own.
No promise of results
The guide is educational. We do not promise or imply any income, audience or acceptance into any platform program. Read the earnings disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each platform, the game publisher's content policies, copyright law and advertising disclosure rules. The guide describes those rules as we understood them when it was written; they change.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Independence and trademarks
LaunchPlay is an independent educational brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., used here only to describe the subject of the guide.
Liability
The guide is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost channels, strikes, claims or account actions taken by any platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell buyers by email. Continuing to use the guide after a change means you accept it.
