Refund policy

LaunchPlay is a one-time purchase of $19.90. If it is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don't have to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to support@launchplay.online from the email you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. We answer within two business days.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Your access to the guide closes when the refund is processed.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law gives you more. If something is broken on our side, write to us at any time and we will fix it.
