LaunchPlay is operated by Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, received from the payment processor when you buy. We use it to send your access link, your receipt-related messages and important notices about the guide.
• Your progress in the guide: the checklist items you tick and your quiz answers, so they follow you across devices.
• Order records: the transaction id, amount, currency and status. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical logs: a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention, and a log of events such as emails sent.

Cookies

We set one cookie that keeps you signed in and one short-lived cookie that links your browser to your checkout. They are necessary for the guide to work. We do not use advertising cookies on this site at this time; if that changes, this page will say so before it does.

Who we share it with

• Our payment processor, which handles your payment as the seller of record and has its own privacy policy.
• Our email and hosting providers, only to deliver the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have access, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require for order records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@launchplay.online. Deleting your data closes your access. California residents and others with similar rights under local law can use the same address.

Children

The guide is not directed to children under 13, and purchases must be made by an adult or with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell buyers by email.
